DUE: Oct. 9 - inspired by Brad Herzog's article "The Art of Anniversaries" ; think of a list of things and research one or a combo of some you could use for a similar feature - this day in history, anniversary of an album, someone's death, a book, a fictional character, a toy, a logo, etc...and then look up info on this.
DUE: Oct. 4 - list of everyday things you wondered out loud about; research on the phenomena or process that you chose for your analogy exercise. We will continue to develop these on the 4th in class.

Oct.16 - full typed rough draft for peer review round #1 : content, development, & organization; revisions strategies to add detail & develop
Oct. 18 - working on revision strategies for style & voice; half period to lab to research missing info and/or revise/type changes
Oct. 22 - full typed and revised draft for peer review #2 : style, format, & voice; working on headlines (eg from the blackboard and handout how to write catchy headlines) and formatting for an online article
Oct. 24 - DUE: GC and all rough work and evidence of revision and feedback (this is a fallback work period in case, but nonetheless, it's due by the end of this period)
